A bike in general is a vehicle to transport people from one place to another. But actually it is a fun ride or a passion for each and everyone of us.

Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Bowls


A simple and tasty 3 aspect recipe.

Hawaiian Style Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

2 tablespoons paprika, smoked or sweet
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons ginger powder
2 teaspoons coriander
1 tablespoons floor black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Combine all elements in a bowl
¼ cup reduced-sodium tamari, shoyu or soy sauce
¼ cup fresh pineapple juice
½ cup mirin
3 tbs brown sugar
Generous shake of chili flake – or omit?!
2 teaspoons grated clean ginger
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
2 tablespoons sliced onion or shallot
2 teaspoon olive oil
Over medium warmness, gently saute ginger, garlic and shallot in the olive oil. When the onion is opaque, upload the moist substances. Simmer for five mins or until sauce starts offevolved to thicken and the flavors meld

¼ cup sparkling pineapple juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
four tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl

1 Package boneless, skinless fowl thighs
four tablespoons chopped clean ginger
¼ onion, skinny sliced
1 clove garlic skinny sliced
2 teaspoon olive oil
Sprinkle rub over the chicken. Let rest at room temp for 20 minutes

In a saute pan over medium warmth, gently ginger, onion and garlic

Scrape the vegetables to the side of the pan. Add the chook. Lightly saute on each facet. 5-6 minutes according to side.

Water is a natural gift from God to mankind.We start and end our day with water.It is used for cooking,baathing,drinking and lots more.The fruits we consume provide us the essential nutrients in the form of water which gets easily digested by our health system and provide us energy.Hence it is our primary responsibility to save water in every way possible.

The major part of the world is covered with water in the form of rivers,lakes ocean and sea.

Water can be disastrous as well as life saving both.Saving water should be our priority.Dont waste it.Use it wisely.Do Rainwater harvesting.There are so many places in this world which are badly affected by draught.There is no rain for months.

In recent times,ground water is decreasing due to numerous construction of malls,flats and apartments. If water conservation will not be on our minds,the future will be quite devastating.

Due to scarcity of water,farmers suffer a lot as they cannot cultivate their agricultural lands.Government should help them with proper irrigation facilities and rain water harvesting techniques so that they can live a prosperous life.

Water is used for various direct and indirect purposes. Direct purposes are bathing,cooking and drinking, and indirect purposes are the use of water in processing wood to make paper and in producing steel for automobiles. The majority of the world’s water use is for industry, agriculture, and electricity.

Many alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are made in which the primary ingredient is water.

Here I bring to you a new topic which is called beauty.As you must have heard the proverb,beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

It was a proverb first used by the famous author Margaret Wolfe Hungerford. If beauty is in the eye of the beholder,then the person who is observing gets to decide what is beautiful.The proverb means beauty doesn’t exist on its own but is created by observers.

Many people say that beauty is not in the face,beauty is a light in the heart.The longer I live,the more beautiful life becomes.The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched-they must be felt with the heart.

Real beauty is inner beauty.Even beautiful people feel insecure.Real beauty comes from the kind of person you are,the choices you make and how you connect with others and how well you treat them.Beauty and character are two different things.Beauty can be inherited but character is forged.

Talking about the recent times,most people fall for outward beauty,figure,looks but these are temporary and will fade with time.Very few sensible people look for inner beauty,behaviour,trust,loyalty and honesty which will never fade.

Now is the glamour era.Fashion,looks,dress matter the most.People have forgotten the famous saying,All that glitters is not gold.

Models,Actress,get fame and money with their external beauty as well as inner intellect and talent.As we say beauty with brains is a very rare combination and moreover people nowadays are focussing on these attributes as well.
