Sports,as the name suggests,is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.

Sports teaches us how to stay strong and healthy,and tests our physical abilities.

It is an essential part of our life.It is one of the top activities which bring great results for people of any age.It improves blood circulation,increases physical stamina and improved reflexes.

There are different kinds of sports like football,basketball,hocket,cricket,rugby,boxing,karate,gymnastic,chess,etc.

In India,people are crazy for cricket,hockey,football,kabaddi,lawn-tennis,wrestling,etc.One of the famous wrestler from India,who made a big name across the world was Dara Singh who got the title of Rustam e Hind.

But abroad,they are crazy for rugby,ice hockey,baseball,basketball,and wrestling.
